Yo! Yesterday i faced a problem with my laptop, which is BSOD “Blue screen of Death/Dump” and it took me almost an hour to find the solution.

How did it start? When i tried to login with my administrator account, i got the lovely error “The user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded“. So, i tried several ways to logon.

Safe mood was the first option to go and check whether the windows is down or what (btw, my operating system is Windows 7). Then, i tried to roll back info an earlier restore point. So, i found one day old restore point, and i restored it.

Suddenly, the disaster happens. A wonderfull blue screen came into my face, telling me crappy things which i don’t understand. I went over the web for a solution for such crap and i found it ; Techies got it for us. Simply, deactivate Symantec Endpoint Proection services (go to run->msconfig->services), restart the pc, and uninstall/re-install Symantec Endpoint Protection . WOrked like a charm indeed .
